MATH TEAM – the Daingerfield Math Team of senior Litzy Flores, juniors Madeline Contreras and Adam Richards along with sophomore Mattie Phillips took 5th in 3A Calculator at the Texas Math and Science Coaches Association (TMSCA) State Math Meet in San Antonio.
In Calculator, Litzy led the team getting 6th in the senior division, Mattie took 7th in the sophomore division while Adam and Madeline took 9th and 10th in the junior division.
Other top 10 finishes for Daingerfield in their respective grades. Madeline took 8th in Number Sense while Litzy took 10th. In General Mathematics Madeline took 10th.
